I check messages regularly during weekdays, and will attempt to reach you within 24 hours of your call or at the end of a weekend. If I am to be away for an extended period of time, the machine will provide relevant information.
In our initial phone conversation I will ask you to give me an overview of your general concerns so that we can both try to get a sense as to whether we may be a good match as counselor and client.
